Research at eye level (in Hebrew)

A research project funded by the Israeli Science Foundation (ISF) examines whether members of historical victim and perpetrator groups prefer to represent the transgression at different level of abstraction. The project examines whether members of victim groups prefer more concrete representations, which evoke stronger emotional responses, whereas members of perpetrator groups prefer more abstract representations, which induce greater psychological distance from the events.
